Do you have a keen eye for detail and a deep desire to help customers solve their project challenges? Roles & Responsibilities Find solutions that meet customer project needs and progress their projects from a concept to a reality. Manage project progress from confirmed order stage until the completion of product installation, in a way that results in high customer satisfaction and profitable business growth. On any given day you will: Be performing initial discovery meetings with team members reviewing specification briefs and supplied documentation to create solution design concepts and proposals that are commercially viable and meet the needs of our customers. Assist with the design of the installation plan for projects. Including working through the required details with builders and contractors. Prepare standard panel schedules and initial procurement plans to meet requirements of each project. Build strong relationships with clients that result in business growth. On occasions, you may be required to accompany field sales to site visits, major opportunities, installer issues, etc. Desirable qualities : Customer Service – A deep desire to help customers truly meet their project needs. Attention to Detail – An interest in the detail of each project to ensure they run smoothly and finish successfully for Supawood and the customer. Conflict Resolution – Project needs can often change, and any re-evaluation of solutions needs to be done swiftly and professionally. A love of learning, self-development and continuous improvement. We need someone that is hungry to learn and willing to research new concepts, requirements and methodologies so that we can stay up to date with changing trends, continually improve the way we work and our client offerings. The ability to be flexible and fluid in role and willing to assist sales, estimating and factory team members as required. The ability to communicate effectively with specifiers, builders, installers and team members. The ability to evaluate engineered to order requests for quotes to ensure they both commercially viable and fit-for-purpose. B2B experience in construction or engineering may make you the standout candidate. Experience as a Retail Manager, Workshop Manager or Joiner will also be helpful in providing proof that you have the skills required. Ability to use MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
